One of the worlds leading IT organizations currently has a requirement for sales professionals to work within the UK and Ireland markets

For the role you will be working primarily as an Inside Sales Specialist in a young international team and you will be the single primary point of contact for the customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for Software and Subscription renewals in the assigned customer base. In order to achieve client’s expected business results and generate substantial revenue for the company, the Inside Sales Specialist is in authority to identify new opportunities and to close the sale. The Inside Sales Specialist therefore must have the ability to:

Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers;
Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;
Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
Identify and prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;
Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling;
Establish and maintain business relationships;
Develop an effective account plan and manage the revenue, wallet share as well as the customer satisfaction on assigned accounts;
Commit to and deliver results according monthly/quarterly targets/forecasts;

Requirements:
- Some sales experience, preferably in an IT related discipline;
- Fluent in English;
- Bachelors degree in a business or IT related discipline, but other disciplines will be considered.
- Good communication skills
