Job Description

As Telesales/Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for looking after a key set of accounts. This will involve general customer care and informing them of new promotions. Some cold calling is involved.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Upselling to existing clients
  • Mailshotting potential clients regarding promotions
  • Cold calling potential clients
  • General customer care

Skills/Experience

  • At least 1 years experience in a Telesales/Customer Care position is essential
  • Good knowledge of MS Word & Excel is a must
  • An interest in music/entertainment is a distinct advantage
