Our Client, a Global Telecoms leader, is looking for sales focused individuals to join its growing sales team based in the city centre.

Telesales Executive

You will handle inbound/ outbound calls, solving queries from existing account holders in a timely manner. When dealing with customers, you will be expected to convert requests to actual quality sales using your knowledge of the product portfolio to up/cross sell appropriate products and services to the customer. You’ll also be expected to meet your Key Performance Indicator targets, whilst providing world class customer service.
Full systems and product training will be provided.

Requirements:
- be enthusiastic and ambitious
- preferably have at least 6mths phone based sales experience
- thrive to work in a target driven environment
- fluency in English is essential
