This well established call centre has a new vacancy for an experienced Outbound Telesales Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a team of business to business Telesales Advisors focussing on expanding the Irish market. Previous experience managing sales staff in a call centre / contact centre environment in ICT or Telecoms is very welcome.

Job Description

• Ensuring sales targets are implemented and met by your team
• Reporting on sales metrics to management and the client
• Training and development of sales staff
• Driving sales performance through motivation, developing sales initiatives and incentives for your team

Skills/Experience

• A minimum of 12 months - 2 years experience managing an Sales Team in a Business to Business Sales environment
• Ideally experience working within the ICT or telecommunications industry
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet sales targets
• Strong IT skills, proven ability to generate reports and analyse metrics
• Experience managing client relationships
