Main Responsibilities
- Manage team KPI’s for productivity & sales Versus target
- Motivate staff to achieve targets
- Manage Administration team to achieve set sales targets (revised quarterly)
- Manage the porting process through the administrators
- Manage all reconciliation of sales with Finance
- Manage end to end process from an operational point of view for any campaigns won
- Manage all reporting to the business development manager
- Daily Sales Report
- Operations Reports
- Business Development Meeting
- Weekly Sales Meeting
- Conducting interviews
- Ad-hoc duties are likely as assigned
Desirable Skills/Experience
1. At least 12 months experience in a similar role
2. Experience in motivating a team - minimum 12 months experience required
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
4. Proven success in a previous sales environment
5. Experience generating and analyzing call centre reports and metrics an advantage
6. Understanding mobile technology and developments
7. PC literate with a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows
