Main Responsibilities

  • Manage team KPI’s for productivity & sales Versus target
  • Motivate staff to achieve targets
  • Manage Administration team to achieve set sales targets (revised quarterly)
  • Manage the porting process through the administrators
  • Manage all reconciliation of sales with Finance
  • Manage end to end process from an operational point of view for any campaigns won
  • Manage all reporting to the business development manager
  • Conducting interviews
  • Ad-hoc duties are likely as assigned

Desirable Skills/Experience

1. At least 12 months experience in a similar role

2. Experience in motivating a team - minimum 12 months experience required

3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

4. Proven success in a previous sales environment

5. Experience generating and analyzing call centre reports and metrics an advantage

6. Understanding mobile technology and developments

7. PC literate with a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows
