Our client a well established telecommunications company is currently recruiting for a Telesales Manager.

The main duties of the role will include:
*Managing a large telesales team
*Change management on the team and implementation of a new sales structure
*Provide high performance coaching and training to the team on a weekly basis
*Conduct weekly sales meetings and report to the Sales Director on same
*Lead and develop the transition from an exisiting lead generation team to a telesales team

Experience:
5 years sales experience with at least 3 years sales management experience ideally in a telesales environment.
Proven ability in positive people management including setting objectives and coaching for high performance.

Excellent commercial and business acumen and strong coaching skills essential. Ability to work on your own initiative while ensuring proactivity and creative thinking at all times.
