Our client a well established telecommunications company is currently recruiting for a Telesales Manager.

The main duties of the role will include:
*Managing a large telesales team
*Change management on the team and implementation of a new sales structure
*Provide high performance coaching and training to the team on a weekly basis
*Conduct weekly sales meetings and report to the Sales Director on same
*Lead and develop the transition from an exisiting lead generation team to a telesales team

Experience:
5 years sales experience with at least 3 years sales management experience ideally in a telesales environment.
Proven ability in positive people management including setting objectives and coaching for high performance.
