Essential Skills/Experience:
 1) Minimum of 6 months telesales experience preferably in a Business 2 Business environment
 2) Ability to effectively identify customers needs in order to maximise all sales opportunities
 3) Ability to develop and maintain internal and external working relationships
 4) Ability to meet designated activity level targets
 5) Adaptable to working towards set targets, objectives and goals
 6) Proven track record of achievement of monthly targets

Desirable Skills/Experience:
 1) Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
 2) PC Literate
 3) Possess good problem solving skills
 4) Good commercial awareness
 5) Understanding of mobile technology and developments
