Telesales Team leader / Manager

Opportunity: This is a significant player in trading services and turns over in excess of €60 million. This is a start up office in Ireland and with senior management support you will recruit and build a motivated and focused telesales team. You will be hands on and you will be introducing a trade service to local and international businesses in Ireland.

Experience:
· You will have experience 2 + years in telesales, some team management experience or be a junior telesales team leader looking to make the next step.
· Business to Business Sales
· You will be motivated and be capable of leading by example.

Salary / Remuneration: NEG + Excellent Bonuses
