German speaking sales team leader is required for a world leading IT organisation based in West Dublin,

Our client is a leading multi national organisation with offices based throughout the world including there HQ campus in West Dublin. They are responsible for some of the most technically advanced hardware and software and require a team leader to lead a team and drive sales.

The Team leader in the PA Renewal Team is responsible to drive the Volume Deals with the Reps in the team to renewing SW Maintenance Contracts for existing customer base within the assigned customer set and to look after his own customer set to renew the SW Maintenance contracts on time.

For the position the ideal candidate’s requirements are:

  • Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
  • Basic knowledge in Team leader position in Sales were you demonstrated leadership and managed a team to agreed targets and deadlines
  • Ideally a years Sales Experience in IT or Software
  • Have the ability to communicate and share knowledge across the entire team where relevant; Must identify, investigate and resolve obstacles to effective team performance
  • At least a years experience taking full ownership and accountability of responsibilities, drive any outstanding issues/actions to resolution, Focus to drive customer satisfaction is a primary requirement.
  • Possess and excellent telephone manner and have a proven track record in a customer focused environment.
  • English: Fluent
  • German: Fluent
