La Creme are currently seeking experienced Outbound Sales Team Leaders for a large client in Cork!

**These are permanent roles & candidates must have a minimum of two years Sales Team Leader experience from a call centre environment.**

Job Description

Reporting to a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of advisors on their daily, weekly and monthly activities ensuring excellence in customer service and quality at all times whilst reaching agreed service levels.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly & quarterly performance.
  • Delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Monitor performance of team members
  • Lead and motivate team to enhance /increase ongoing performance
  • Provide development opportunities for team members by ensuring that each advisor has a Personal Development Plan and that it is reviewed continuously
  • Monitor time keeping and attendance to minimise attrition
  • Maintain consistent focus on quality of service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • General ad hoc duties

Skills/Experience

  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years Team Lead experience
