Spanish Contracts Administrator
Location: Cork
Type: Temporary
Salary: circa €28000

Large Multinational Client in Cork seeks an experienced Spanish Contracts Administrator for approx 6 months plus!!
Working closely with the sales team and other relevant internal departments, you will be responsible for preparing & validating of contract renewals
Roles/Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales team & other relevant internal departments
- Processing of renewal contracts & ensuring quotes are accurate
- Ensuring customer details are set up & maintained efficiently
- Maintaining & updating service agreements
- Review existing & new contracts & revise as necessary
- General administrative duties
Skills/Experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent database experience
- Ability to prioritise responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Education / Professional Qualifications
- 3rd level degree preferable
- 2-3 years similar experience preferable
- Fluent Spanish & English is essential
- 3rd language advantageous!
