Sales Solutions Professional

Role Purpose:

As part of our client’s team you will be responsible for demonstrating sales leadership and delivering on revenue and market share targets for our client’s opportunities across all segments within in the organisation. Sales will be driven through the clients channels with a specific focus on driving new license growth as well as influencing the up-sell and renewal opportunities.

As a sales professional, you will help customers understand the value proposition and positioning of the core team solutions as well as collaborating with Partners and internal stakeholders on the full solution sales process. You will build trusted advisor relationships with the Sales Leadership teams within the Partner Channel and will jointly engage with customers at the senior Business Decision Maker level.

You will be given the responsibility for engaging with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to proactively drive opportunities through the Solutions Sales Process and to work closely with the Partners to accurately assess and forecast opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly targets as well as forecast accuracy metrics.

A typical week would involve spending 3-4 days working with the Dynamics Partners on the top deals to help convert and close. You will be supported by a technical specialist and will be responsible for driving conversion rates, winning business through Partners and competing against competitors in the ERP and CRM industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for delivering against clients product revenue for the Irish subsidiary,
  • Collaboration with the extended Sales team across the account base and Partner Channel,
  • Directly manages and leads deal cycles,
  • Actively participates in regular pipeline and accounts reviews and takes responsibility for own forecast accuracy,
  • Provides specific solutions/vertical expertise to facilitate the closing of deals,
  • Generating and following up on opportunities, including qualifying and prioritising opportunities,
  • Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities,
  • Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to key decision makers across all segments

Essential Requirements:

· Demonstrable experience of solution selling,
