Sales Support - Kerry

The primary objective of the role is the co-ordination of the aftermarket business for our clients product range along with directing and coordinating the activities of the personnel engaged in the customer services function.

The Role:
• Supervision of the Customer Services Team for the various product ranges.
• Handling aftermarket enquiries.
• Coordinating the aftermarket business and issuing quotations.
• Quotation database maintenance.
• Calculating costings for new capital equipment.
• Review terms and conditions on new capital equipment.
Sales analysis reporting.
• Monthly forecasting projections.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:
• Experience in a similar applications / engineering environment is desirable.
• Experience of supervising/managing a direct reporting team is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience of arranging shipments (ocean/air/road) and handling shipping documentation/regulations is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with the capacity to quickly adapt to unforeseen customer demands.
• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
