We are looking for an experienced sales person to take up an existing sales position with excellent earning potential selling our clients leading hardware products within the IT Sector.

You will be working primarily as a Tele Sales Specialist in a young international team and be responsible for the whole customer base of our client. In order to achieve client’s expected business results and generate substantial revenue, the Sales Specialist is in authority to identify new opportunities and to close the sale. The Sales Specialist therefore must have the ability to:

- Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers;
- Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;
- Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
- Identify and prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;
- Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate;
- Establish and maintain relationships with other parts of the company
- Develop an effective account plan and manage the revenue, wallet share as well as the customer satisfaction on assigned accounts;
- Commit to and deliver results according to monthly targets/forecasts;

Requirements:
Degree in a business related subject

Fluent in English with a good understanding of Swedish culture,

Basic knowledge of the Swedish language
