Sales Lead Development Italian Speaker

Job description
Employees in this role cross-sell our clients offerings (hardware, software, services, and industry solutions) directly to the respective targeted customers. They are specialized in a set of related offerings known as a discipline, and they are assigned to specific opportunities where they apply the sales and technical expertise required to identify leads and pass them to appropriate opportunity owner. Employees in this role are responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing leads generated from Marketing Campaigns. They will follow up on nurtured accounts by recalling customers within specific time-frames. They will also follow up on outbound calls to targeted customer base with appropriate offers.

Employees in this role will prospect customers by telephone who have either attended an event or responded to a mailing or simply been targeted by Marketing. They will follow brand defined Routes to Market. Employees in this role will be responsible for the active follow-up on sell cycle leads progression, and for the feedback on Marketing campaign and on customer pain and requirements using established reporting tools.

  • Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
  • At least 6 months experience in Sales Experience
  • English: Fluent

Italian: Fluent
