Assistant Manger

Our Client, a leading fitness and leisure group, who offer the widest range of facilities, programmes and classes throughout the country, is currently recruiting for an experienced assistant manager to work with their busy sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in sales and management.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent people management & communication skills

A proven record of working to targets and KPI’s

Enthusiasm and a competitive desire to over achieve

Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work on own initiative

Strong sales ability

Duties:

Reporting to the Club Manager

Cost control

Maximising sales and revenue

Responsible for staff rota

Meeting targets and KPI’s

Coaching and managing staff

Creative outlook for maximising revenue

All candidates must be fluent in English and have a permit to work legally in Ireland. Only those with management or leadership experience will be considered.
