This employer has diversified and continued to grow despite the market conditions, recently winning new business has a requirement for an experienced Sales Administrator to provide telephone and email support for business customers and Field Sales Representatives across Ireland.
Job Description
This position will require high energy and enthusiasm, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, requesting stock from suppliers, coordinating deliveries, up-selling new products and handling any complaints on a daily basis. Working as part of a strong team this could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales administrator with strong customer service skills to advance.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Learning a large product range and providing order management support for business customers across Ireland
- Order entry, capturing customer orders and processing these
- Liaising with purchasing and the warehouse to ensure products are ordered and delivered on time
- Providing superb customer service
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls as required
- Report generation
Skills/Experience
- the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Office environment, ideally experienced in inside sales, customer service and order processing / order management
- The proven ability to work well as part of a team and meet business deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Resilience
- Strong IT skills, fully conversant in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise duties.
