A Leading Distribution Company based in Dublin 15 is recruiting a Junior Sales Administrator for a 7 month contract.

Job Description

You will provide administrative support to the sales team. In addition to this you will be the main point of contact for customers.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Compiling quotations
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • General administration

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years sales administrative experience is essential
  • Fluency in a 2nd language would be a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel is essential
