Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Renewals Account Manager with French with at least 2 years experience in sales/account management , a fluency in French & English and an extensive working knowledge of MS Office.

*ONLY candidates with relevant experience will be considered for this position.

Please note that this role is for 6 months but may go on for 8 months.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Providing high quality customer service to key clients
  • Account management of key clients to maintain and generate sales
  • Promotion of new and existing products
  • Handling customer queries and complaints to resolution stage
  • Maintaining direct contact with re-sellers, account managers, channel managers and end users, where necessary
  • Qualifying business leads and enquiries for renewals
  • Maintaining customer files and records
  • Order Processing
  • Promotion of process improvement initiatives
  • Projects co-ordination
  • General administration duties

Skills/Experience

Candidates MUST have a least 2 years Account Management experience and have a working knowledge of the following:

  • Fluency in written & verbal French & English
  • Experience of using a CRM package (eg: Oracle, SAP etc)
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS Power Point
  • Good data entry skills

Education / Professional Qualifications

All candidates must be educated to Leaving Cert level and ideally a degree in Business, International Trade or a similar qualificiation.International Trade or similar qualification.< P>
