Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Management

Responsibility for clients in an assigned market frame

Providing Optimal Customer service

Eliminating bottlenecks in the supply chain

Adhering to KPI’s

Adhering to SLA’s

Maintaining inventory levels for products purchased & sold

Reporting

Liaising with internal & external depts in relation to overdue invoices

Data Entry

General Administration

Skills Required:

Experience of dealing with issues

A very good knowledge of systems

Excellent communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Experience of invoicing or a good knowledge of the invoicing process.

Supply Chain experience ideal BUT not essential

Logistics/International Trade/Supply Chain Qualifications ideal BUT not essential

This role has an OTE of 45K (27K basic + on target earnings)
