An expanding multinational within the IT sector has a newly created Sales Account Renewal position managing their French speaking markets across EMEA. This position requires an innovative and positive appraoch and will provide an experienced candidate with the opportunity to work with an existing base of resellers and distributors and build relationships and develop opportunities. If you have previous experience within an IT multinational in Telesales or Internal Sales or Renewal experience and want to build your CV and career this could be a lucrative opportunity.
Job Description
- This role is primarily acting as a supporting the quotation of existing accounts for renewals of software licensing by meeting sales targets for your territory
- Renewal of licences before expiry
- Providing accurate quotations for French Business customers, distributors across France and French Resellers
- Providing superb Customer Service and Account Management as required, passing on any service or technical issues are resovled by the appropriate division
- Providing support for Regional and Field Sales team as required
- Accurate forecasting of sales targets
Skills/Experience
- Ideally 2 + year experience in Sales ideally within the IT industry
- Educated to Third Level education
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken and French
- Proven ability to work proactively to reach agreed sales targets
- Persuasive and with an ability to negotiate
- Ability to manage workload
- Pro-active sales skills, ability to spot an opportunity and go for it!
- Strong IT skills, fully conversant in MS Word and Excel
