Position: Regional Sales Manager
Reporting To: Head of Sales

Our client, a large FMCG firm is seeking immediate applications for the positions of Regional Sales Manager based out of Cork - Territory: Munster

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implement agreed sales plans regionally sand measure both individula and team performance
  • Develop and implement training programmes for future trends
  • Manage a team of 18 sales representatives and merchandisers
  • Performance manage the sales team and drive sales growth in the Territory
  • Attend internal divisional meetings and market related conferences
  • Sustaining existing accounts through B2B marketing and client relationship management.
  • Monthly meeting involving senior sales executives to depict current and future sale trends and market deviations.
  • Manage and evaluate client expectations and comprehend client requirements.
  • Liasing with the marketing department in developing merchandising and category management standards regionally and divisionally.

Requirements:

 - 5 years area sales management experience in the FMCG arena
 - Proven track record in driving sales growth regionally
 - Proven people manager
 - Strong commercial awareness in the FMCG arena
