Presales Consultant - ERP / IT - Urgently needed

The world’s leading provider of IT business software, is currently recruiting Presales consultants to join their European centered team to work together in the wonderful city of Barcelona, Spain.

Having business fluency in either Dutch, Flemish or French and have solid experience working in any area of technical Presales (within any platform or technology) is considered essential.
Candidates who have lived and worked in Belgium will be given the highest propriety, as they need to understand these relevant markets.

Skills and responsibilities for this positions are as follows:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in complex Solution Sales, consulting or solution implementation
• Establish credibility and confidence with remote and field pre-sales & pre-sales management.
• Establish ongoing collaboration as part of the field support to inside sales.
• Identify, define & qualify customer and prospect business requirements, needs and objectives, influencing them where possible through the effective positioning of IT products and solutions.
• Knowing or having successful experience in multi channel go to market models.
• Knowledge and understanding of Indirect channel dynamics.
Responsibilities :

• Act as single point of contact for inside sales team for all functional & technical queries, managing engagement with remote or field presales where necessary.
• Provide assistance to partners during sales cycle to include effective hand-over of qualified opportunities, assistance with competitive positioning during sales cycle, point of contact to resolve functional or technical queries
• Serve as champion for assigned industry- or product-based solution functionality and provide knowledge transfer to colleagues as needed.
• Work with team to enhance and maintain the quality and effectiveness of demonstration scenarios, keeping them current with release levels and industry issues.
• Communicate with development and Solution Architects to provide valuable field input into new product requirements.
• Communicate customer business requirements to project/implementation teams upon completion of sale (if not before).
• Ensure smooth presales to implementation account transitions by facilitating ?handoff? process with a focus on continuous customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up with customers, as appropriate, to add value as needed and ascertain reference-ability for use in future sales campaigns.
