A new opportunity has opened in Cork for an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to join a company with over 800 employees. This company can offer an experienced candidate the unique opportunity to work with one of the worlds largest media and entertainment enterprises with a much loved consumer product.

Job Description

Managing a team of up to 12 Advisors your team will be targeted on contacting lapsed customers and renewing their interest in a diverse range of media products. Contacting existing customers and up-selling new media packages available to them on a trial basis. This position will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, high-energy and the proven ability to inspire, engage and empower your team to reach the top.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Ensure sales and activity targets are reached
  • Involvement in recruitment, training and development for the team
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in all areas of the team and account, with a focus on customer satisfaction and Sales Advisor motivation
  • Motivate, inspire, engage and empower staff to achieve results
  • The analysis, creation and generation of reports
  • Working closely with the Operations team to ensure the accounts success and profitability

Skills/Experience

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months - 2 years Outbound Sales / Telesales experience
  • Candidates with Inbound Sales experience may be considered
  • Previous Contact Centre / Call Centre experience is required
  • A proven ability to meet KPI’s, SLA’s, sales and activity targets
