This business has deified the economic odds and diversified and innovated to grow their revenue and have acquired a service with an established and trusted brand name that is sold nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader who has had success in meeting sales targets in a challenging inbound and outbound sales environment - selling a very popular and desirable media product.

Job Description
This position will require high energy, strong sales experience, in particular working on outbound sales environment. Previous experience driving sales , coaching on sales techniques among Telesales Agents is required.

Roles/Responsibilities

Providing drive, mentoring, motivation and training for a team of Telesales Agents who are selling a product nationwide
Ensuring sales revenue and activity targets are met
Devising training solutions and performance management strategies with the training and HR depts.
Identifying commercial opportunities and encouraging Agents to identify the same, closing sales in a short sales cycle and maintaining existing accounts

Skills/Experience
A minimum of 2 years as a Sales Team Leader from an outbound/inbound sales environment / inbound sales experience will be considered.
Previous experience in a Call Centre or Contact Centre is desirable
Strong man management skills - the ability to inspire and empower a sales team to achieve results
Superb communication skills, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong sales skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets on an ongoing basis
Strong IT skills
