My Cient is a leading telecommunications company operatingin Dublin 18. They are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic telesales supervisor to manage the existing telesales teams.

This role

  • Manage team KPI’s for productivity & sales Versus target
  • Motivate staff to achieve targets
  • Manage Administration team to achieve set sales targets (revised quarterly)
  • Manage the porting process through the administrators
  • Will involve managing all sales reporting and taking care of all reconciliation of sales with Finance.
  • Manage end to end process from an operational point of view for any campaigns-

Experience

1. At least 2 years  experience in a similar outbound sales supervisory role
2. Experience in motivating a team
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
4. Proven success in a previous sales environment
5. Experience generating and analyzing call centre reports and metrics an advantage
6. Understanding mobile technology and developments
7. PC literate with a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows
