My client, a large multinational company in Cork currently seek an experienced Account Manager/Order Management Representative to join their team.

Job Description:

  • Provide senior level Customer Support/Account Management for global suppliers
  • Manage any discrepancies regarding order processing, invoices, credit notes, shipping and logistics
  • Follow up with escalated issues right through to resolution
  • Business to business customer service, assigned your own region globally
  • Providing support for the global invoicing team
  • Troubleshooting any missing information, analysis of figures and documentation and requesting and researching

Skills / Experience:

  • You will have at least 12 months experience in an Order Management and/or Supply Chain and/or Multi National Customer Service
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Analytical mind
  • Experience using in-house database, experience in JD EDWARDS is also beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills & fluency in English
  • Bright, enthusiastic with a desire to work for a global market leader
