A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Manager in a leading Corporate Branding Company based in Dundalk, Co. Louth .

If you have some sales/Customer Service experience and are looking to get into progressive sales role then this is the perfect opportunity for you !

Duties will include:

  • Calling (telephone) customers from existing customer database and generating increased sales.
  • Entering orders on-line.
  • Ensuring samples/brochures, etc are forwarded on timely basis if required by customers
  • Participation in product projects when required
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management

Essential Skills:

  • Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive.
  • Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability;
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques;
  • Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company;
  • Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure;
  • Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.
  • Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner;
  • Possess good problem solving skills;
  • Be a good team player
  • Fluent  Norwegian
