A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Manager in a leading Corporate Branding Company based in Dundalk, Co. Louth .
If you have some sales/Customer Service experience and are looking to get into progressive sales role then this is the perfect opportunity for you !
Duties will include:
- Calling (telephone) customers from existing customer database and generating increased sales.
- Entering orders on-line.
- Ensuring samples/brochures, etc are forwarded on timely basis if required by customers
- Participation in product projects when required
- Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
Essential Skills:
- Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive.
- Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability;
- Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques;
- Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company;
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure;
- Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.
- Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner;
- Possess good problem solving skills;
- Be a good team player
- Fluent Norwegian
