Job Description of the National Sales Manager
- Managing 4 teams consisting of 2 field based teams & 2 internal teams
- Responsible for increasing productivity within sales teams
- Develop sales plans & implement new processes and procedures to increase revenue
- Work with the Head of SME to implement strategic & tactical sales plans
- Travel between Limerick and Dublin
Roles/Responsibilities of the National Sales Manager
- Assume responsibility & accountability for customer retention & churn
- Implement procedures to focus team more on generating new sales opposed to account management of existing customers/business
- Embed a high performance coaching culture within your teams
Skills/Experience of the National Sales Manager
- 8 years sales experience with a minimum of 3 years sales management experience in a SME Market ONLY
- People Management experience including setting objectives, coaching for performance & sales planning
- Must have excellent reporting & analytical skills
- Ideally experience in an extremely fast paced ICT sector within the SME Market (Not the corporate or enterprise market)
