Job Description of the National Sales Manager

  • Managing 4 teams consisting of 2 field based teams & 2 internal teams
  • Responsible for increasing productivity within sales teams
  • Develop sales plans & implement new processes and procedures to increase revenue
  • Work with the Head of SME to implement strategic & tactical sales plans
  • Travel between Limerick and Dublin

  • Assume responsibility & accountability for customer retention & churn
  • Implement procedures to focus team more on generating new sales opposed to account management of existing customers/business
  • Embed a high performance coaching culture within your teams
