Mobility Sales and Technical Support Specialist - Midlands
Calling on and working with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, HSE Community Care offices, Hospitals, Institutions, Nursing Homes and Private Customers, etc, selling and promoting the MMS range of mobility, seating, moving and handling and bathing products. The position will suit a mechanically minded person with a ‘hands on’ type approach.
Duties:
1. To develop, promote and manage customers within a defined territory
2. Effectively manage existing and new business; map and plan territory efficiently.
3. Undertake a sales strategy in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to maximise the potential for this region.
4. Provide competitive and competitor information for the purpose of market intelligence in supporting sales activities in the area.
6. Identify training needs of customers and participate in training days as required.
7. Report weekly/monthly sales activity via reporting mechanism to the Managing Director
8. Support product manufacturers and product suppliers as required
9. Keeping client records up to date and regularly reporting progress.
Requirements:
• Proven sales record with at least three years experience ideallyin the rehabilitation equipment industry.Selling into occupational therapists or physiotherapists
• Self motivated and enthusiastic

• Good organisational skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Full clean driving licence.
