Midwife required for Infant Nutrition Sales - Dublin

This world renowned Infant Nutrition Brand are seeking a Midwife to join their Sales Team in Dublin -

Job Responsibilities -

• Prepare, execute and update key account plans
• Build relationships with HCPs (Health Care Professionals)
• Segment territory to identify the key HCPs
• Represent Nutrition at the Company territory meetings
• Share market intelligence with all members of the Business Unit.
• Explore opportunities to partner and Innovate with strategic players
• Interpret, analyse and explain performance on territory
• Deliver product presentations and key messages in a confident manner
• Plan, participate and run education events tailored to the needs of key Customers
• Represent the Unit at conferences, meetings, education seminars
• Provide inputs and insights into the Business Unit meetings
• Ensure Database represents up to date information of any changes on territory
• Drive Recruitment of HCPs and Consumers to the Brand Websites.
• Ensure compliance with all risk management corporate and regulatory requirements
• Ensure that a quality management and compliance culture is embedded within the Unit

Experience:

Must have a Midwifery qualification

• A comprehensive knowledge of the WHO recommendations, Dept of Health guidelines, EU directives, Baby Friendly initiative.
• Appreciation and understanding of business planning cycles
• Previous experience in healthcare sales is desirable but not essential
• Highly developed interpersonal, networking, impacting and influencing skills

Full, clean manual driving license
