We are currently looking to take on experienced sales professionals that will be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities from inbound or outbound marketing campaigns, events or web activities. In order to achieve client’s expected business results and generate substantial revenue for the company. The LDR is in authority to identify new opportunities and to progress an opportunity to a validated status. The LDR therefore must have the ability to:
• Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers and influencers;
• Plan and facilitate negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;
• Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
• Identify, prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;
• Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate;
• Establish and maintain relationships with other parts of the organisation;
• Develop effective plans to help manage opportunity identification, lead progression and won revenue via Marketing Campaigns, Events and Web Activities.
• Commit to and deliver results according to monthly targets/forecasts.
• Plan and facilitate negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;

Required
• Associate’s Degree/College Diploma in Business/Management
• At least 6 months experience in Sales Experience ideally within the IT Sector
• Ideally have experience in Sales School trainee/graduate
• Excellent Communication skills
• English: Fluent
• German: Desirable but not essential
