The Inside Sales PAM role is also known as a TPAM (Tele Partner Account Manager). This role is a strategic, specialized sales and business management role intended to enable and support partner success. The workgroup is dedicated to increasing, share, revenue and improving CPE by developing partner sales capability and capacity across the Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners, Communications Sector and Developer & Platform Group segments.

For the role we are looking to hear from Sales professionals that have the below abilities and attribute:

  • Ideally have a strong academic background within the IT sector preferably
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure and expand the current client base
  • Proven sales ability, with a record for keeping and exceeding targets
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the IT sector
  • Have the ability to Drive Technical Adoption and Marketing & Licensing Engagements for the products you will be responsible for selling
  • Create business plans and identify conditions of satisfaction as a means to work with partners to create and reach FY11 goals and objectives
  • Willingness to learn new training methods and systems
