A leading Enterprise Software Solution provider with its EMEA Headquarters in Dublin is now planning growth of its EMEA wide Inside Sales Team. The company is seeking to recruit an Inside Sales Manager to assist in the management of this Business Unit. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for management of the EMEA Inside Sales Team and directing them to ensure the overall achievement of sales and customer service targets. across the team including customer renewals, New Business and Partner Sales.
• Accountability for the disposition and acquisition of all possible customer renewals.
• Accountability for the new business component of the quota.
• Liaise with key stakeholders of the business including Named Accounts, Partner Representatives, Partners and Customers.
• People management including recruiting, mentoring and training.

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive management experience in a Telesales, Telemarketing or Renewals team within the hi-technology sector.
• Proven leadership skills with an aptitude and motivation to work in a start up environment.
• Excellent self motivation skills and proactive approach to tasks
  IT Licensing Experience
