The Sales and Marketing Desk @ la creme are seeking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager. 
Reporting directly to the Operations Director & Director of Sales this role will drive the generation of revenue through sourcing and securing new commercial accounts in European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Intensify and consolidate commercial awareness of the commercial operations on a national and international level.

- Create and identify commercial markets and opportunities through industry market research and 3PL

- Formulate and control annual sales budgets and targets liaising with all departmental functions.

- Liaise and strategise in tandem with the marketing department in relation to the development of commercial proposals and tender negotiations.

- Identify gap market analysis and propose marketing initiatives to broaden and expand the brand and market reach

- Strenthen 3PL relationships to maximise market reach and profitability 

Requirements:

Fluent Spanish
5-7 years senior sales experience in the high end corporate arena.
Commercial awareness of all related trends and market players on a national and international field.
A proven record in implementing sales strategies directed at distribution controlled markets
Extensive Business Development Experience

55-65K BASIC + 20-30K Commission + BENEFITS
