Internal Brand Sales Specialist with Slovenian + English
Job description, information about the position
Telesales Representative is responsible for managing the sales transactions primarily over the phone and via email. The focus is either on existing customers - when the contract needs to be renewed or a solution could be upgraded - or on perspective new customers who expressed an interest to buy from our Client and they need sales specialist to match their needs with the appropriate offer. The role requires the knowledge of the technical products as well as ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Does not include cold-calling or telemarketing tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
- committing to and delivering results against a monthly forecast
and target as well as actively promoting cross brand selling in
his/her assigned opportunities
- closing the sale and, in addition, must positively impact the
customer’s satisfaction with engagement and offerings
- working independently for most of the activity (possibility to work under the guidance of a team leader or more experienced Sales Specialist in certain circumstances)
- taking responsibility for driving revenue through upgrade and new license opportunities within an country.
