  • Answer all calls promptly & professionally
  • Make Pro-Active Sales Calls
  • Generating Sales
  • Preparing Quotations
  • Following up on all enquiries - Replying to emails
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Support Sales Reps
  • Daily & monthly reporting
  • Releasing Back Orders
  • Entering orders on the system
  • Dealing with Technical Queries
  • Weekly Sales Meetings

Key Skills& Requirements:

  • Must have telephone sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills & phone manner - Fluent English
  • Team Player
