Job Description

Internal Sales / Telesales Positions Vary; key responsibilities are usually as follows

• Business development, generating new leads through research and networking generally via telephone
• Account management, developing relationships and maintaining these
• Recording all sales and customer information
• Selling to end users / consumers and/or selling to business customers / corporate accounts
• Analysing trends, developing sales pipelines, forecasting
• Keeping track of the competition
• Maintaining strong sales activity
• Meeting and greeting clients and attending networking or industry events as requires

Skills/Experience
