Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the Norwegian market
• Account Management of a portfolio of clients
• Following leads generated from grass roots territorial activities and software trials
• Developing new business through marketing activities, database information and researching competitors supported by business analysts
• Building a pipeline of business and forecasting sales

Experience and Desired Skills

• A minimum of 2 years Inside / Internal Sales experience selling business to business (B2B) within the Software or Hardware sales industry a focus on Large or Small and Medium sized accounts is welcome
• Proven ability to create a need and provide a solution for customers
• Proven ability to achieve results and meet sales targets
• Proven ability to sell at IT Director, Senior Management level
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Professional communication skills
• Hungry to sell, dynamic, highly organised, driven and resilient
• Strong relationship building, negotiating and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a greater team
