Job Description of the Inside Sales Manager

Establish & set up new Outbound Telesales Team
Assume full responsibility & accountability for the budget
Develop and implement strategic sales plan
Recruit, lead & develop a team of outbound telesales
Execute a plan to migrate existing customer care team to telesales team

Roles/Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager

Identify training needs
Conduct weekly sales meetings
Liase with acquisition field sales team
Drive customer satisfaction
Upskill existing customer care team

Skills/Experience of the Inside Sales Manager

5 years outbound telesales management experience ESSENTIAL in a Service industry preferably the food/drink Industry
People Management experience including setting objectives, coaching for performance, giving feedback
Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in a fast paced and aggressive sales environment ONLY
