My client is an exceptional organisation who due to continued expansion, are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive.
Responsibilities include
- Attracting new business through excellent sales technique
- Calling existing and new clients
- Providing telephone and email support to customers
- Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient manner
- Responding to queries in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with various departments throughout the organisation
- Adhering to strict KPI’s
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a Telesales Position
- Business to business telesales is essential
- Professional phone manner
- Team player
- Confident and outgoing manner
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
This is a temporary assignment until Christmas.
