Inside Sales Executive - (Spain, Italy)
-URGENT REQUIREMENT-
Native / Near-native Spanish and fluency in Italian & English are essential.
Essential: Proven sales professional (software) with clear focus on inside sales
Nice-to-have: experience selling either / both Open Source or Business Intelligence solutions

Their Business Intelligence Suite includes products for production reporting, operational reporting, dashboard-driven end-user query & reporting, data analysis, and data integration for use with either stand-alone or embedded business intelligence applications.
Description
The successful candidate will report to the Vice President EMEA Sales and be responsible for selling Jaspersoft Business Intelligence Solutions to customers in the above countries through phone, email and direct marketing; working together with our experienced pre-sales engineers, partner managers, field sales executives and business development team on dedicated territories.
Responsibilities will include:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage sales directly and also with channel partners
Define specific sales plans with individual SI Partners, qualify new business opportunities and achieve sales
Promote the development of new sales opportunities with each partner
Work as a team with our Client’s enterprise sales executives to leverage external partners and to deliver longer-term and solution sales
Participate in general marketing and promotions activities
Develop alternative distribution channels and partners for existing and new business initiatives
Have full responsibility for ensuring that sales and customer-related data is consistently maintained in our Client’s CRM system (salesforce.com).
Be present at business reviews and at ad hoc meetings.
Help mature EMEA partnering strategy and ensure integration
Pro-actively monitor and take responsibility for prompt payments from customers, purchase orders, accuracy of invoicing etc.
Qualifications:
Native or near-native in Spanish essential
Fluency in Italian a distinct advantage (additional fluency in one or more of Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian also desirable)
Bachelor’s (graduate) degree in business or technical field of study or equivalent experience
2+ years experience in technology solution selling with consistent sales record and exceeding sales quota goals
Results oriented self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through skills
Strong teamwork ability
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Flexibility and tolerance to change that comes with working in fast paced and ever changing environment
