Inside brand sales specialist is required for a leading multi national organisation based in their European HQ in West Dublin. The role is full time and permanent and fluent Finnish is required for the position.

Our Clients is a major multi national blue chip organisation within the IT Sector, their European Head Quarters based in West Dublin with there further satellite offices based throughout the country. They are currently looking to add an experienced inside brand sales specialist to take up an existing position.

Our client is looking to recruiting the best Sales Specialists and hence offering you an exiting sales job at the organisations Telesales Centre in Dublin. You will work towards the client’s whole customer base in Finland, selling in their Hardware Division. You will be generating substantial revenue for our client, but more importantly ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied.

You will be working primarily as a Tele Sales Specialist in an international team and you will be responsible for the client’s whole customer base. In order to achieve client’s expected business results and generate substantial revenue for the organisation, the Sales Specialist is in authority to identify new opportunities and to close the sale. The Sales Specialist therefore must have the ability to:

- Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers;
- Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;
- Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
- Identify and prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;
- Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate;
- Develop an effective account plan and manage the revenue, wallet share as well as the customer satisfaction on assigned accounts;
- Commit to and deliver results according to monthly targets/forecasts;

Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in an IT related discipline;
- Fluent in Finnish and good working knowledge of English;
- Preferably university degree in a business or IT related discipline, but not essential.
- Good communication skills
