Type of Person Required:

   - Self-starter who wishes to run own business
   - Ability to network and generate prospects
   - Excellent communication skills
   - A desire to be successful
   - Ability to work flexible hours
   - Agents can come from diverse backgrounds.
   - They can work from home or in an office.
   - The Agent must have a laptop and have their own car (FCDL).
   - Someone who has been self-employed would be a huge preference.
   - Once a week they sit down with the Agent - very much hands on.
   - Agents will need to generate own appointments.
   - Must be very driven.
   - Excellent interpersonal skills.

Training:

   - Training is provided for 2 weeks where allowance is given to each agent
   - Located in centralized training courses
   - Ongoing training in house

Commission Rates:

   - The Agent gets paid once a fortnight.
   - Quarterly Bonus and Annual Bonus based on quality and production of business
   - Good Incentives in place and great rewards structure

Other Note:

   - Sales Associates are the Financial Advisors
   - You will have 4 years to complete the QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) Exams.
   - QFA is the Life industry qualification.
