La Creme Recruitment on behalf of their client Canada Life, Irelands leading Life, Pension and Investment company are currently recruiting for experienced Sales/Financial Advisors to join their expanding team.

As a Financial Advisor with Canada Life you will be provided with access to competitive products, world class tools and support at every stage of your career. The main focus of your role is to to bring in new customers by selling them a variety of financial products, such as pensions, savings, investments and life cover

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Targeting new prospects - meeting min of 12 potential customers per week
  • Closing the sale- On average 4 sales per week

Skills / Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

- Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong influencing skills
- Extensive social / business networks

This position is on a self- employed basis with commission only. In return you can expect to earn about above average earnings thought a generous remuneration package.

Canada Life offer extensive training and have set up an academy to develop their people.You will also be able to study to become QFA Qualified. You can work from home or from the Canada Life office, whichever is more convenient to you however once a week you will meet a manager to discuss your progress. You will also have the support of an area manager who can attend some meetings with you, if you feel you need the support
