Our client is a leading financial online transactions company. They are looking for experienced English speaking Telesales Representatives to work from their Dublin 15 offices.
The Role:
• Maintain a positive attitude to exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Conversion of qualified leads to sales opportunities and move through the sign up and implementation phase to close the sale
• Producing reports on activity
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
• Liaise with Merchant Account Management regarding new business
• Research market trends and competition to aid sales pitch delivery
• Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge
26K + attractive OTE
Requirements:
• 4+ years telesales experience is essential in an internet company or financial institution, payments processor or telemarketing firm
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Products including Visio, Web Accept, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint .
• Experience using an SFA system such as Gold Mine, ACT, Siebel or SalesForce.com is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and a second European language in a team environment
• Strong inbound/outbound telesales experience within high volume environment
• Strong knowledge of their products and their competitors products/pricing
