Responsibilities:
   o Use databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities.
   o Able to work effectively with different accounts and customer bases.
   o Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems.
   o Assist with streamlining of systems and processes to further enhance automation and efficiency.

   o The Inside Sales roles do not involve cold calling of clients.

Qualifications:
   o College degree, BA/BS desirable.
   o Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
   o Candidate must have strong Microsoft Word & Excel and email database skills.
   o Previous experience, ideally in Sales or Customer Service is preferable but not essential.
   o Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
   o Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Other desired qualities:
   o High energy level with excellent sales / CS skills.
   o Self motivated, driven to work hard.
   o Positive attitude.
   o Desire to achieve results and advance through a fast growing organization.
   o Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
