Danish Lead Development Rep (LDR) - Immediate Start
IBM is recruiting the best LDR’s and hence offering you an exiting Lead Development job at the IBM Telesales Centre in Dublin. You will work towards IBM’s whole customer base in Denmark, selling into IBM’s Software Division. LDR team have ibm.com product knowledge, lead identification skills to drive validated pipeline, lead progression and won revenue. Cross selling, and upselling when and where appropriately. Generating substantial revenue for IBM, but more importantly, ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied. LDR’s are part of the overall Telemarketing Organisation.
You will be working primarily as an ibm.com Lead Development Rep in dynamic and international IBM team and be for identifying and nurturing opportunities from inbound or outbound marketing campaigns, events or web activities. In order to achieve client’s expected business results and generate substantial revenue for IBM, the LDR is in authority to identify new opportunities and to progress an opportunity to a validated status. The LDR therefore must have the ability to:
-Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers and influencers;
-Plan and facilitate negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;
-Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
-Identify, prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;
-Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate;
-Establish and maintain relationships with other parts of IBM;
-Develop effective plans to help manage opportunity identification, lead progression and won revenue via Marketing Campaigns, Events and Web Activities.
-Commit to and deliver results according to monthly targets/forecasts.

Required

• Associate’s Degree/College Diploma in Business/Management
• At least 6 months experience in Sales Experience
• At least 6 months experience in Sales School trainee/graduate
• At least 1 year experience in Communication skills
• At least 6 months experience in IBM Software product knowledge
• English: Intermediate
Danish: Fluent

Preferred

• Pre-University qualification
• At least 1 year experience in Sales Experience
• English : Fluent
