My Client are an establlished, extremely successful Online company that have been growing from strength to strength in the last 12 months.
They are currently looking for a Sales Manager with experience in Direct B2B Telesales, as well as experience of managing a small team. This role is as a direct result of continuing growth within the company.
The Ideal candidate must have relevant experience with some management experience, and a passion for closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the sales targets on a monthly basis
- Day to Day management of the sales team
- Pipeline management
- Closing high volume, low value sales.
Required Experience
- Experience in managing a direct sales team
- Direct B2B sales by telephone and internet experience
- Experience in both high volume, low value sales
- Key account management
Other Requirements:
- Native level written & spoken english
- Excellent computer skills
- An understanding of the advantages of online advertising
- Experience of international selling would be an advantage
Package:
€35 - €40k Basic, €35k OTE, Share option.
